Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary and&nbsp;Italy.<\/p>\r\n<p>Igoria&nbsp;Trade&nbsp;S.A does&nbsp;not actively market or&nbsp;advertise to&nbsp;the&nbsp;UK&nbsp;clients whether individuals or&nbsp;businesses as&nbsp;this is&nbsp;not our&nbsp;target market.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"uk-block-primary uk-margin-bottom\">\r\n<h3 class=\"uk-container uk-container-center uk-contrast ic-lato ic-padding-bottom\"><strong>The scope of&nbsp;payment services includes:<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"uk-container uk-container-center uk-text-left uk-contrast\">\r\n<li class=\"uk-margin-small-bottom\">accepting cash payments and conducting cash withdrawals from&nbsp;payment accounts, as&nbsp;well as&nbsp;numerous auxiliary services necessary for&nbsp;maintaining the&nbsp;accounts (Art.&nbsp;3.1 p.&nbsp;1 of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Act on&nbsp;payment services),<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"uk-margin-small-bottom\">execution of&nbsp;payment transactions, including the&nbsp;transfer of&nbsp;funds to&nbsp;the&nbsp;payment account maintained by&nbsp;user\u2019s service provider or&nbsp;by&nbsp;other service provider by&nbsp;making direct debiting services, including one-off direct debits (Art.&nbsp;3.1 p.&nbsp;2a of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Act on&nbsp;payment services),<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"uk-margin-small-bottom\">execution of&nbsp;payment transactions, including the&nbsp;transfer of&nbsp;funds to&nbsp;the&nbsp;payment account maintained by&nbsp;user\u2019s service provider or&nbsp;by&nbsp;other service provider by&nbsp;using a&nbsp;payment card or&nbsp;a&nbsp;similar payment instrument (Art.&nbsp;3.1 p.&nbsp;2b of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Act on&nbsp;payment services),<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"uk-margin-small-bottom\">execution of payment transactions, including the&nbsp;transfer of&nbsp;funds to&nbsp;the&nbsp;payment account maintained by&nbsp;user\u2019s service provider or&nbsp;by&nbsp;other service provider by&nbsp;performing credit transfer services, including standing orders (Art.&nbsp;3.1 p.&nbsp;2c of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Act on&nbsp;payment services),<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"uk-margin-small-bottom\">issuance of&nbsp;payment instruments (Art.&nbsp;3.1 p.&nbsp;4 of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Act on&nbsp;payment services),<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"uk-margin-small-bottom\">facilitating the&nbsp;execution of&nbsp;payment transactions initiated by&nbsp;the&nbsp;payer or&nbsp;on&nbsp;his&nbsp;behalf, through th&nbsp;payer\u2019s payment instrument, in&nbsp;particular by&nbsp;providing authorization, sending payment orders to&nbsp;the&nbsp;issuer of&nbsp;the&nbsp;card or&nbsp;to&nbsp;payment systems of&nbsp;payer or&nbsp;merchant, in&nbsp;order to&nbsp;transfer the&nbsp;funds owed to&nbsp;the&nbsp;merchant, excluding operations involving it&#8217;s&nbsp;settlement and&nbsp;settlement within the&nbsp;payment system within the&nbsp;meaning of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Acquiring law (Art.&nbsp;3.1 p.&nbsp;5 of&nbsp;Act on&nbsp;payment services),<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"uk-margin-small-bottom\">providing money transfer services (Art.&nbsp;3.1 p.&nbsp;6 of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Act on&nbsp;payment and&nbsp;currency transactions:<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"uk-container uk-container-center uk-contrast uk-margin-bottom uk-text-justify\">Funds of&nbsp;our&nbsp;Clients are held on&nbsp;separate bank accounts and are&nbsp;never merged with the&nbsp;funds of&nbsp;<a href=\"\/en\/about-us\/>Igoria Trade S.A.<\/a>\u2013 the owner of IgoriaCard (Art. 78, point 1, paragraph 1 of the Act on payment services).<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"uk-container uk-container-center uk-contrast uk-text-justify\">In case of declaring Paying Authority bankruptcy, which&nbsp;is&nbsp;<a href=\"\/en\/about-us\/\">Igoria&nbsp;Trade&nbsp;S.A.<\/a> \u2013&nbsp;the owner IgoriaCard.com, the&nbsp;customers money located on&nbsp;payment accounts are&nbsp;excluded
